We’d love to tell you about all the advantages of placing your order ahead of time — and remind you that pre-ordering is totally optional, not required. 😍

• Free shipping on all orders — including Europe — no minimum purchase required.

• Not sure about sizing so far ahead? No problem! You’ll get 1 free size exchange within 7 days of receiving your shoes.

🗓️ Important dates

• The adult shoe pre-order was open from July 2 to July 8.

• ⚠️ Orders will ship in October.

A few days before we ship, you’ll receive an email allowing you to confirm or update your shipping address or request a pre-shipping size change.

⚠️ Please remember:

You can’t combine a pre-order item with one that’s in stock in the same order.
Logistically, we can’t split shipments — so your order will arrive in October.

Yes! Pre-ordering means reserving your pair from the upcoming SS26 adult collection.
You place your order in advance (payment included), and we’ll ship it the at the end of March once production is complete.

📋 After the pre-order week ends, we send all the information to our factory in Portugal to begin production.

⚠️ You’ll be able to make changes to your order (such as your shipping address) a few days before.

🎁 Shipping is free — both within Spain and across Europe.
⚠️ You get 1 free size exchange.
❌ If you decide not to keep a pair once you’ve received it, returns are free too.
