Can I cancel an order? ❌Updated 4 months ago

Yes — you have 30 minutes after placing your order to review and make sure everything looks good (your Feroces, your info, your address...) 📋

Here’s how to cancel it:

  1. Log in to your account using this link ▶️ My Account, or by clicking the “My Account” icon at the top of the page if you're browsing on a computer.
    On mobile, you’ll find it at the bottom of the hamburger menu.

  2. You’ll see a list of your recent orders.
    If it’s within 30 minutes of placing the order, you’ll have the option to “Cancel order.” 

⏳ Please note: Once the order is in preparation, or has already been marked as Refunded, Cancelled, or Shipped, it can no longer be modified. 🙏
Just click “Cancel order.”

  1. We’ll cancel the order and refund you in full, using the same payment method you used at checkout. 😊
