Because our logistics service is outsourced and we handle a high volume of orders, we're unable to manually modify orders once they’ve entered processing. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏
That said, you can easily manage some things yourself within 30 minutes of placing your order:
✅ If you see any errors in the information, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order using the link in your order confirmation email and place a new, correct order.
🏠 Incorrect address? You can change it directly on your order tracking page or by clicking the "Update Address" button in your confirmation email, along with the shipping information.
