Absolutely! Not only is it more convenient for you, but it’s also more sustainable — fewer shipments and less packaging. 💪🏻
You just need to request the returns through our Returns & Exchanges portal.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
Please process the return for each order separately in the portal. That way, we know exactly which orders you're returning.
Package everything together carefully — use a large plastic bag or cardboard box to fit all items you're sending back.
Make sure to include the packing slips (albaranes) from each order in a visible place inside the package. 📦
👀 This is really important — without them, we won’t be able to identify your return properly, and it may be delayed. 😕️
This helps us receive everything in good condition and speeds up the processing on our end.
As for the shipping label, you can simply use one of the labels generated from your return requests.
You can either show it at your local Correos office or print and attach it to the package.
This label links your package to your user account, but since you’re returning multiple orders in one shipment, don’t forget to include all packing slips inside. ✅
🔄 Just make sure that all items you're returning are still within their return window — unfortunately, you can’t include an item that’s past the deadline, even if others are still valid.
As stated in our Terms of Sale and Help Center, return shipping costs are:
€5 for returns from Spain
€7 from Portugal
€10 from other European countries
