How do I prepare my return? 📦Updated 4 months ago

If you’re returning your order — whether partially or in full — we kindly ask that you treat the shoes with the same care and love we packed them with. 📦❤️

Please place the tissue paper back inside, position the shoes with the soles facing out, and wrap them neatly using the original paper (both shoes should go inside the same sheet, making sure the printed side of the paper faces out — this helps prevent any ink transfer). Then, place the shoebox inside a plastic bag to protect it. 📦

Important:
Do not stick the return label directly onto the shoebox — the box must always be protected by a bag or outer box for shipping.
