Here’s a quick guide to the different statuses you might see on our website, so you can easily check where your order is 📦.
You can view this info anytime by going to 🔗 My Account → Orders.
There are two types of status updates shown:
one related to the order preparation, and another to the payment.
🛠️ ORDER PREPARATION STATUS
(Shown in your My Account section)
🔜 Not started
We’ve received your order and it has been processed correctly. It’s now waiting to be sent to our logistics warehouse.
⏳ In progress
Your order has been processed at the warehouse and is now being prepared to ship.
✅ Completed
Your order has been packed and shipped by our logistics team.
You’ll receive an email from Bigblue with tracking info.
💳 PAYMENT STATUS
(Also visible in My Account)
💶 Paid
Pretty straightforward, right?
💰 Partially refunded
If you returned part of your order and kept the rest, this status will appear once we process the return.
💸 Refunded
If you returned your full order or canceled it, you’ll see this status once the refund has been completed via Shopify Payments.
🚚 SHIPPING STATUS
(Shown on your Bigblue tracking page)
🔜 Your order is being prepared
Our warehouse has received your order and is getting everything ready to ship.
🚶🏻 Your order is on its way
The delivery company has picked up your order and it’s heading to the address you provided.
👌🏻 Your order has been delivered
Your Feroces have arrived!
😥 Delivery failed
The courier tried to deliver your order but couldn’t — maybe no one was home or there was an issue with the address.
Check your tracking email for more details.
🔁 Return confirmed
Our warehouse has received your return request. Complete it by dropping off your package and showing the return label provided.
📥 Return received
Your return has arrived at our warehouse. Once we inspect the items, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 days.
