Returns from outside Spain 🌍Updated 4 months ago

You can return your order from outside Spain by following the same steps as domestic returns — as long as you're returning it from the same country where you originally received it. 🌍

Here’s how it works:

  1. For every order, you’ll receive a tracking email and a QR code on your delivery slip (paper copy). Both will take you directly to our Returns & Exchanges portal.

  2. In your customer account, you can select the product(s) you'd like to return.

  3. You’ll then receive an email from our logistics partner, BigBlue, with the return instructions — the process may vary depending on the country you're returning from.

  4. If you choose to send the return on your own, please make sure to include your delivery slip (albarán) inside the package. That way, we can identify your order correctly.

  5. The original shipping costs will be refunded along with the returned product(s), minus the return shipping fee (€10 from Europe, €7 from Portugal).
    If you handle the return on your own, we won’t deduct the return fee.
